In November 2022, leaders of government, business and civil society gathered in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, for COP27. The two-week meeting hosted the UN process for negotiating action on climate change and the business community played an important role. PwC was on the ground, meeting with leaders and exploring topics of climate adaptation, just transition, climate resilience, green skills and climate tech. Because climate change demands business change, to accelerate the race to net zero and a just transition for all.
